3 week upholstery course - Full day Wednesday

Learn a mixture of traditional and modern upholstery skills on this course of 3 week full day classes between 9.30 to 4.30.

A friendly, accessible and professional workshop that will guide you through the process of rebuilding and re-covering a piece of your own furniture.

During the course:

Master upholsterer Philip Blackburn will share his passion for the traditional skill and introduce you to the wonderful world of upholstery.

Use of all equipment, refreshments and tuition in small classes (max 6 students) is included along with access to a library of resources, materials and a wide choice of fabrics and trimmings. Sundry materials such as webbing, tacks, fibre, horse hair, hessian, calcio, etc. Will be recorded and charged for at the end of each course.

A small chair, stool or other small upholstered piece of furniture you would like to revamp

Please bring a notepad and don't forget your camera.
